Training 1,000 Financial Disciple-Makers
Across Europe, believers often struggle to integrate biblical financial principles into daily life. To address this, Compass Europe is launching a strategic 10-year initiative to equip 1,000 financial disciple-makers in 1,000 cities. These leaders will be trained through our Train-the-Trainer (TTT) model and empowered to teach others how to apply God's principles for stewardship and generosity. With a focus on high-impact cities, this project will establish a sustainable, multiplying movement of financial discipleship across the continent—leading to personal transformation, financial freedom, and gospel impact.

Building Organizational Capacity
To sustain long-term growth and impact, Compass Europe is focused on strengthening its internal structure and leadership network. Now entering a new development phase, the ministry will expand into six additional countries, launch three strategic partnerships with pan-European ministries, and develop a growing network of Compass Ambassadors. These ambassadors will invest their time, talents, and resources to multiply the message of financial discipleship across Europe. Our aim is to build scalable systems, deepen our leadership pipeline, and increase operational efficiency—laying a solid foundation for the next decade

Online Marketing for Spreading Financial Discipleship
In a digital-first world, reaching new audiences with biblical financial wisdom requires intentional, strategic communication. This project will raise Compass Europe's visibility and engagement through digital marketing, branded content, and influencer partnerships. Key initiatives include targeted social media campaigns, video production, Google Ad Grants, and collaborations with Christian publishers and networks. By expanding our digital footprint and refining our message, we aim to attract more course participants, broaden organizational reach, and position Compass as a trusted voice in financial discipleship across Europe.

Opening New Compass Nations

We are asking for financial support to enable us to open new national devisions for our ministry of financial discipleship. Your investment will help to
-
Open at least four new nations - for example, Serbia, Czech, Turkey and Croatia.
-
Recruit, train, and mentor local stewardship leaders (discipleship and multiplication approach.)
-
Offer different types of activities: Teasing with promotional activities, teaching in workshops, transforming (in one-to-one discipling meetings, and coaching) and training (to train them to train others.)
-
Work out a plan with the local people how to get the work sustainable for the long run to prevent dependency.
Annual Conference
Our annual conference has proven to be a successful tool for strengthen relationships and equip believers on matters of stewardship and financial discipleship. This year, we will focus on building strong local ministries so that they shine and bring financial hope to Europe. However, we recognize that it is unaffordable for many brothers and sisters to attend international events. We aim to raise scholarships for at least 50 participants to make financial discipleship resources accessible to them through the annual conference.
We encourage you to support a brother or sister from a lower-income country to attend the conference and be equipped with God’s resources on financial discipleship.
