WELCOME!
We offer books, materials, training, and counseling on God's ways of dealing with finances for German-speaking Europe. God wants us to live free from mammon and in abundance. When we recognize God's ways and walk in faith, He leads us into an adventure of giving and receiving. He provides for us and enables us to serve others through the generosity He creates in us.
Our main course, “Steps to Personal Freedom,” covers ten principles about money that God has revealed in His Word, beginning with His creative work, the principle of tithing, and
providing for the family, to values such as honesty and consistency. Practical topics such as household budgeting and investing/saving are also covered.
In following Jesus in financial matters, we find peace in a new identity and freedom from “wanting to have” to a life as God intended for us. Through these biblical principles and a growing relationship with God, we can experience abundance in His provision and in serving others. As participants often comment:
“This course is not a finance course, but a discipleship course.”
For us, financial discipleship means discovering, taking seriously, and implementing together with others the more than 2,000 verses in the Bible on the subject of money and possessions.
We train small group leaders who carry this message into churches and pass it on especially to young people and those facing financial challenges. At the same time, we are looking for speakers and ambassadors who lead the way in financial discipleship and encourage others to do the same. Peter Briscoe's new book, Financial Discipleship, shows how this can be put into practice and why it is more important today than ever before.
Information about the book and other books, articles, courses, seminars, and conferences is available on our new website www.compass1.de!
